Two Comma Kid LLC Return Policy/Exchanges:
Within 30 days of delivery, you may return or exchange any product purchased from Two Comma Kid provided that the merchandise is in new condition with original packaging and documentation of purchase. (Items missing tags may not be returned or exchanged). Fill out the return/exchange form included in the packaging stating the item ID number and reason for return. For exchanges include the size, color etc in the appropriate section to receive the item of your choice. Two Comma Kid will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)
Refunds:
For returns, once the returned item has reached Two Comma Kid, customers will receive a full refund and be notified of such via e-mail. For exchanges, please allow 7-10 days for processing your exchange. Exchanges are treated as a new order and assigned a new ID number. Once processed, exchanges will proceed as normal with an e-mail notification of shipment and confirmation of payment.
